Refund policy

At STRIKE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product. We will arrange for the exchange once we have confirmed that the item is in its original condition.
